I am a recent graduate of the Department of Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and am currently continuing my education at both Northwestern University and the University of Illinois - Chicago. During my time as a student, I was privileged to have participated in domestic and international service organizations such as Alternative Spring Break, Habitat For Humanity, and select NGOs in Central America. Through these experiences, I developed a keen interest in the principles behind urban public policy and how it impacts the middle and lower class.
